How to Reset your Account password

To Reset your account password, please follow the steps below:

1. On the homepage, click on the "Login" button.

2. On the login page, click on "Forgot password"

3. Enter the email address linked to your account and click the "Submit" button.

4. Check your inbox for a password reset email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

5. To authorize the request, click on the "Confirm Operation" button. Alternatively, copy the link and paste it into your browser to confirm.

6. You will receive a new email containing your new login information.

7. Check your email for the new login information. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

8. Return to the login page and log in with your new credentials.

9. Note: For safety and security reasons, always ensure that the email sender address is @bybitinvest.com when you receive an email from Bybitinvest.
