How can I select which account to log into?

Logging in with your username will allow you to access all accounts you are authorized to view. Once inside the portal, you will be able to select the specific account you want to manage.

I don't remember my username. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your username, click Forgot Username on the login screen. You will be required to confirm your email address. If a related account is found, your username will be emailed to you.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen. You will need to confirm your username and email address. Then, you can create a new password by following the instructions emailed to you. If you are already logged in, you can change your password in the "Change Password" section of your Profile.

I'm not receiving my password reset email. What do I do?

Check the spam or junk folders in your email. If you no longer have access to your email account, contact Bybitinvest Support at support@bybitinvest.com for assistance.

How can I change my Two-Step Verification device?

Manage your Two-Step Verification settings and devices in the "Two-Step Verification" section of your Profile.
